Job description & requirements
SCOPE OF WORK
- Serve as the Client Lead for the assigned clients, and manage accounts/projects to run such accounts and projects in both account service and account operations.
- Provide the best planning works under the Account Manager and assist the business development team to win businesses from clients
- Be responsible for the performance, the deliverables of such client accounts, and report
- Deliver or exceed your client’s business target whilst delivering or exceeding your income target.
- Coordinate for production solution, timeline, and cost
- Work under supervision with clients to receive clients’ requests and offer recommendation
- Work under supervision with the creative team to produce creative works that fit timeline, budget & creative standard requirements
- Directly report to the Account Manager

- Manage customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve satisfaction rating.
- Overall delivery of client briefs through active team management and distribution of workload.
- Manage all day-to-day activities relating to client accounts.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the client’s business requirements and translate this into clear deliverables for your team.
- Seek opportunities to develop more business with your client accounts, selling additional services whenever possible
- Routinely review clients with the management team to access the business potentiality and profitability of each account.
Benefits
Salary: 15 – 20mil VND/month, or negotiable

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Account Executive Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
- Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Fluent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
